"My Windows2000Server has all hotfixes and SP3 installed. I ran MS BSA on my
server and it shows some potentially dangerous services are running on my
server such as FTP/SMTP/Remote Access Connection Manager/Telnet and WWWpub
and their status as STOPPED but I have disabled all these services and the
Services manager lists them as DISABLED. Why does the MS BSA does not detect
this correctly."
My Windows XP Professional computer also does this. I think it's a bug.
