Administrator Password

I had read others asking about this before, but I couldn't
see any aswered. I don't know how but the Adminstrator
password for my pc part of small network in the Center
(Nonprofit Organization) is gone, I can't find the way to
get in to my pc specificly, beside have to reformat my
hard drive, what else could I do to be able to get into my
pc to do updates? Can someone help me please. Thanks
