Is the sender using Entrust/Express for Lotus Notes or is the sender
using Native Lotus Notes security?

Can you reproduce the problem by receiving the message with both
Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Outlook Express? Which versions are
you using?

If you can view the transport headers (different method to do this for
Outlook and Outlook Express), is the top level MIME type
multipart/signed (smime.txt refers to a clear-signed message)?

If its multipart/alternative, application/tnef, or something else,
that is the problem and its likely related to the sender's e-mail
Server settings or the sender's Client settings.
