XP IPSEC vs W2K IPSEC

It seems to me that there is a few conflicts between
xp pro sp1 ipsec and w2k sp2 ADS ipsec...

I can't run xp ipsec while logon to domain that uses ADS.
I think it is the neogations between the two different
ipsec's.

Does anybody have this issue?
