Sorry, I misread your post.

I would have to / want to search www.google.com and/or
www.google.com/advanced_group_search to answer the question.

It could be that this is not by default in Group Policy and you might have
to locate the necessary registry settings and values. Once you've done
this, you should be able to roll these out via a number of ways, possibly
including a Group Policy template.
