Hi,

We have problems with palm devices under Win2K. We
install the mst recent software of the palm Zire as
administrator and everything works fine. We can hotsync
via USB with outlook. However as we log on as normal user
in the hotsync icon the USB support dissapears and we
only have the option serial. As we wil not give the user
admin rights we cannot get this to work. Palm support
cannot help us any further. We tried with a psion device
and psion software and this works fine, however the
customer want a zire connected on the office PC's. Does
anyone know this problem and how to resolve this.

Thnx, in advance
