Event log is full with the attached event

Hi,
I am running windows 2000 advanced server. It was running
smoothly for the past 3 months and for the past one week,
I am getting the above error message and the event log is
full of these error messages. And my server performance is
drastically down. I have attached the error message also
with this. Please help me in this regard.
