Account lockouts

Over the past month we have several user accounts which are
locking out on their own! The user will attempt to login
the 1st time and be told their account is locked. I used
the resolution in article 263821, and upgraded all our
dc's to the lastest service pack, but this has not solved
the problem. I am wondering know if I should just blow
away these accounts and recreate them. Has anyone else
experienced this problem, or know of a fix. Thanks.
