In windows2000 there is this functionality built-in. From a CMD prompt
type:

runas /user:account <command>

It'll prompt you for a password everytime, however and I don't know how to
bypass that.

Another option is to right-click on your application's .exe and click
"properties". One of the options is to run the application as a different
user, and you can specify the information there. (It's possible to create
a shortcut and do this to the shortcut as well, just in case the
executable is on a read-only filesystem.)
