There is a document folder for each user in the document and settings
folder under the user name folder. I believe Windows does not delete it on a
reinstall (I may be wrong) but renames the user with a numeric extension
(such as administrator.1 my documents). Try doing a search for "documents"
to see what you get and try opeining them all to see if your files are
