Upon attempting to limit the password to get into the
system, we deleted the administrator's password. Although
it listed Administrator, the user, and Guest, the user's
password was the Administrator's password. Now we can not
get back into the system to retrieve the documents in My
Documents.

The hardware manufacturer recommended reloading Windows
2000 which we did but in a different folder which was an
option to keep from loading an empty My Documents on top
of the other. But we still are unable to retrieve the
documents stored in the original My Documents because it
shows only the empty My Documents.

Was the original My Documents lost? If not how can I get
to the stored documents? After retrieving the original
documents, how do I get rid of one set of programs that
have been loaded in the separate folders? When it boots
up, it gives me the choice of one folder or the other
before opening Windows. Thus indicating that I may be
using double the memory space than what should be used.
