Well, the easiest thing is to rename the user ID and give the user ID to the
new user.
You could check out the utilities in the Windows Resource Kit from
Microsoft. Details on the kit are somewhere at www.microsoft.com or
www.google.com [If you search http://securityadmin.info/faq.htm for
"resource" or "kit" you should find a URL telling you where on the Microsoft
site.]
