They just can's establish any conection to the system - which can be caused
by a firewall. The wording is terribly confusing. They should say something
like: "Ok, we give up - but there are many hops between our scanner and your
system, so you possibly have huge security holes - we can't really
guarrantee anything (see license agreement)!"
