backdoor virus loves admin & no password

backdoor virus loves admin & no password, but i am in a domain situation.
after beating my brains in , i finally figured that they are gettting in
threw the local admin account ( they did not get into my DC's). so is there
a script or something where i can change all workstation local admin
paasword threw a login script or something? tia
