What is Port:1026 do???in win2000server

That when I run "netstat -an"
I see line:
 UDP 0.0.0.0:1026 *:*
 ...........
I want to konw What the Port1026 do
Some men tell me That is a service of scheme task~{#,~}But When I stop the
service of scheme task,Run netstat I still see the
Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
 UDP 0.0.0.0:1026 *:*

what the Port do?
