Can't remember content password/How to find and reset

I set my content advisor password some time ago to make
sure my 10 yr old does not view certain types of sites and
now I can not remember it. How can I find it out or
override this and have the system prompt me to set up a
new password.
This problem is keeping me from getting to sites that I
want to get too. I want to upload photo's of to a web
album and it won't allow me because it wants a password
that I can't remember.

Please Help
