AD LDIFDE Utility - PKI - third party certs

I'm trying to import a third party CA certificate into my
NTAuthentication Store in AD using the LDIFDE Utility;
however, after converting the certificate in BASE 64 and
adhering to LDIFDE format, I still get the same error
message that was supposed to be corrected in SP3.
Has anyone performed an import successfully? Suggestions..
I'm using Article "295663" as my guide.
