I had exactly the same problem. I have applied Q323172 to
both the client and server and it now gets past the active
x problem.

However. It now errors when I click the submit button. It
says generating request but also details error on page.

The error is

Line 1140
Char 4
Error Could not complete the operation due to error
80095005
Code 0
URL: //server_name/certsrv/certqma.asp

Any ideas people?
