Access Server Authentication Error !!!

Hi there
1) when I connect to my remote Cisco or Linux access server (By a windows
client), always connection status shows me I got " 2 received errors " !
would you advise me how can I fix this 2 erorrs ? and why this 2 errors
occur ?

2) when I connect to a MS Access Server my authentication is real time but
on a Cisco or Linux with full optimization my authentication have several
second time waiting...
anyone can help me about this?
