Which drive letter? The drive letter that has Windows on it? What error
message are you getting? Posting the exact word for word error message is
always a good idea when looking for tech support.

I can't guarantee this will work, but you can try editing the boot.ini file
at the root of the "boot" drive [actually I think Microsoft refers to the
boot drive as the system drive]. Alternatively, you could create a Windows
2000 boot floppy that contains a boot.ini file that points to the new drive
letter.

When doing this, you might need to search www.microsoft.com/support to learn
about ARC naming convention in the boot.ini, and also which files to copy to
make a 2000 boot disk [hint, I believe you must format the floppy on a
Windows 2000 computer and copy four files or so from the root of the boot
drive, possibly boot.ini, ntldr, ntdetect.com, etc].

This should get it so that Windows can attempt to boot from the correct
partition, although I wouldn't be surprised if you then have problems with
Windows that cannot be fixed.

Since you didn't post the error message, the stuff above might be
inappropriate, I can't tell.
