unlocking multiple user accounts

We have been had a problem with all of our users getting
locked out of their accounts. This has happened 3-4 times
in the last couple months. All the accounts become
unloked after 30 minutes, but I was wondering if there was
a way, in AD or on the server, to unlock all the accounts
at once instaed of doing them individually???
