Certificate Trust List

I cannot create a certificate trust list. Wizard will not
allow me to find trust signing certificate (default
certificate store is empty and other options such as
select certificate from file is grayed out). Any
suggestions. I have Enterprise CA setup and a trust
signing certificate issued.
