Your must have trashed the Logitech Keyboard SYSTEM FILE.
You have TWO options.

1. Use the windows cd to launch WRC (Windows Recovery Console) to
recover/replace system files.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;216417

2. Make your WIN2K partition accessible to your RedHad partition and insert
the damaged/missing system files @ c:\winnt\system32 etc.

You should be looking for these files:
i8042prt.sys
L8042pr2.sys
kbdclass.sys
lkbdflt2.sys

Hope that helps
