- Could be the Messenger service.
If you start cmd.exe and type this, you'll get a popup:
    net send %computername% "Bitbit the first thinks you're a six"
If that popup looks like the one you're getting, try turning off the
Messenger service. There have been lots of people experiencing Messenger
service spam lately.

- Could be an executable running on your machine (virus, maybe).
If you've established that what you're seeing doesn't look like it's from
the messenger service, this is probably the case. Try opening task manager
and looking for rogue processes.
