Did you do the basic troobleshooting procedure from the
most basic steps?
-Make sure account is still active in active directory?
-Turn pc off for 20 seconds (and unplug)
-Make sure you get a light on back of PC where RJ45 goes
in?
-Try a different drop cable?
-Make sure someone didn't mistakenly unplug them in the
closet?
