Restricting User to browse the network

Hi, all

Can any one help me if there is a way that when user
browses the domain (network) and duable click any machine
will give him a logon box, if he provide Admintrator user
Id and password will pass, if else wouldn't let him to
browse that machine. This is w2k domain. another words I
don't need regular users to be able to browse throu the
network and can duable click any server.
