When trying to add permissions to a folder, I get an
object picker cannot open because no location from which
to choose from, error. I have reviewed all notes, and it
is not a remote registry service issue, as indicated by
Microsoft. Also on other servers, when trying to add
permissions, it only allows me to add users local to that
server, eventhough the server is a memeber of the domain.

In short, users cannot issue other users controlled access
to their folders.

Does anyone have any suggestions? The Domain controllers
are working good, and do not report any errrors.
