I have a Windows 2000 AD Domain and I use telnet for remote server admin. I
recently discovered that any user can connect to any server with telnet,
even a user that does not have rights to the server.
The user got an access denied if they tried to stop a service or delete a
file, but they were able to start services that were stopped. Is there a way
to lockdown telnet so that only admins can access a server with it?
Thanks
