Address bar

I'm trying to figure out how to clear my address bar. I
don't want past web address to pop up when I type in a
letter. Example when I type www.B all the past web sites
that I have been to that start with the letter B are on
the address bar drop down. If any one can help with this
problem it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. please e-mail the solution to this proble to me in
full detail because I'm not to good with this computer
thing.
