ADSI edit locks accounts?

I met with the following problem:

when i open properties of a user in ADSI edit
or Users and Computers MMC snap-ins,
it locks account which i am viewing properties.

What actually happened is that i connected to server by
terminal console as administrator, opened ADSI edit on
administrator account and quited terminal client.

This is a deadlock - you can not login after. Diagnose also
looks strange - something like "Wrong password"
