I cannot remember my password so I can get into windows

Attention to anyone who can help me. I start my computer
with windows 2000 and I at one time put in a password to
get into windows and now I forgot the password and now
cannot get past the password part of windows. Is there
software or a solution to get past this problem. Please
send me some information anyonme please.
