The best chances are that you have a service installed on
some computer whic is set to run under the account whic is
constantly being locked out.
Option 1 : Check the service control manager of each
comptuer you have and check which are running under that
user
Option 2 : On the domain level enable the
(1) Audit logon events
(2) Audit account logon events
Check the event logs of the computers for failed logons.
To avoid checking the event logs on a computer by computer
basis you can enable auditing domain wide and use the GFI
LANguard S.E.L.M. (www.gfi.com) to collect all of the
events to a central database and via the LANguard Event
Viewer check on which machine the failed logons for that
user are happening.
