Listing all the members of a specific group?

Hello,

I wish to know if there is a way (either via an existing MS or 3rd party GUI
tool or via code) to list all the users names / members of a specific
security group (either locally, a remote server local groups or Active
Directory) in windows 2000 environment?

Can it be done by users that are privileged no higher then "users" group?
