Error 1202 when adding global to local Group on Workstation

Hello Everybody,
i want to add a global Group to the "Power Users" Group on some
Workstations.
I used the description in the MS KB Artikel Q320065 to create a Group
Policy.
But it dosn't work. I only become these error messages:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: SceCli
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1202
Date: 11.12.2002
Time: 16:33:48
User: N/A
Computer: SCYW00034
Description:
Security policies are propagated with warning. 0x4b8 : An extended error has
occurred.
