According to Q214032 - domain users need the ability to
have modify/delete to create/modifiy/delete .xls
documents. By giving domain users that ability - they
also have the ability to accidentally relocate
folders/subfolders by dragging and dropping. How do I
prevent users from moving a whole directory (including
contents) ?
