win2k - win2k (IPSec SA lifetime)

There are two win2k PCs with service pack3. Two PCs IPSec
SA lifetime is set to 28800 secs(in IPSec filter) and
mater key PFS is enabled. But after 410 seconds, a
established tunnel between two PCs is deactivated. If you
know about the reason, please tell me the reason and
solution. Thanks....
