You must logon to the computer with an account that has
admin rights. Either the local admin account, which you
don't know the password to, or another account that has
admin rights. From there you can go into Administrative
Tools/Computer Management/Users and Groups and change the
password. If you don't know the password and there is no
other account that you can use that has admin rights, you
will need a utility like ERD Commander (it ain't cheap).
