I accidentally applied a group policy to all the users a
computer and i am unable to edit the changes even as
administrator. i get a message saying that current
policies prevent microsoft management console from opening
in author mode. i have searched the microsoft knowledge
base and found ways to undo this through the registry but
the computer no longer lets me access the registry. any
help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
