Zone Alarm has failed you [and others with this same problem]. Get help
figuring out why it is not configured properly or not working, or uninstall
it and use a different firewall such as www.sygate.com which is also free.

Disabling Windows messenger service is OK but suggesting just that alone
IMHO is bad, reckless advice and will not make your computer more secure.
If you're able to get these messages, hackers are probably able to get a
list of your login IDs and start guessing passwords. The popups are the
least of your worries here.
