Hi J.

If you're able to log on to the recovery console maybe you could try
to run xcacls to change the security settings on your c drive - give
everyone FC, and if you're able to boot into your system you can reset
the ACL's on the c drive with the "security configuration & analysis"
mmc using the basicwk.inf template.
