After digging around on the net I found the following command that will
install the hot fix, suppress the dialog box & not reboot the box.
Q328970.EXE /q:a /c:"dahotfix.exe /q /n"
This also appears to work with the XML hotfixes;
q318202_msxml20_x86_en.exe /q:a /c:"dahotfix.exe /q /n"
q318203_msxml20_x86_en.exe /q:a /c:"dahotfix.exe /q /n"
Maybe somebody else can use it too.
