Strange IDs

I am running W2K Pro station. When I open the local
computer policy as shown in the attached file, I noticed
that there are 2 SIDs granted the right to logon locally.
Where do these SIDs come from & is it normal for these to
showup as user IDs? How can I get rid of these if that's
doable? Thanks
