The Microsoft Help of this subject states that there are two ways to do
this one is through a wizzard that tells me I do not have sufficient
permissions to accomplish the task or through a server web page,
http://server/crtsrv or the like. Is this server they are talking refers to
the situation were if I have more than one computer and one was running
Windows 2000 server on it? or could it refer to any Windows 2000 server that
offer those services through DUN? If the latter is the case, were do I get a
list of such servers? I have browsed Microsost for such servers but have
found none. When I installed the operating system it seems that there are
some certificates that are stored at the root. What happens when they
expire? Are they replaced automatically? If not how are they replaced if
that needs to be done? Which are? I know that some Microsoft root
certificates should be left expired. What about the rest? Also, how about
intermediate certificate stores, how are these updated? I have found expired
certificates in the Intermediate stores, should I delete them? SDo they need
to be replaced? If so how?
