The only time I have gotten this (about 6 times in two months) is when I have
been using IE 6.02. One of the messages I got was that there were two instances
running and to close both of them. The only thing about that is that once you
close the one you can see, there doesn't seem to be anywhere to access the other
copy that is supposedly running. I have up-to-date VS program with the virus
definitions up to date. I also run an on-demand scan weekly which includes
heuristics, so I think it is nothing to do with VS. Have also kept a good watch
on services running and do not see anything in Computer Management Services that
should not be there - the same for "My NetWork Places."
