Locked out of disk!

Silly me was testing the security features of Windows
2000 Professional SP3 and decided to see if I remove all
acces permissions to disk but keeping exclusive ownership
of the Disk. Well, I was not counting with the security
tab being removed and not being able to add acces back to
disk. I have acces only through Recovery console, but has
not been able to change permission settings yet. Any
clues?
