I have the same problem too. This is the firt time I am subscribing to this
group and problem is same as what others have in this trail.

Somehow, a new user I created does not have write/modify permission to
Document and Settings/{user_name}/Local Setting directory, either
administrative or user permission. Therefore, the user is having problem
running applications such as word/outlook. That directory does not have any
owners either. How can I solve this problem.
