Hi Pat,
The user ID and password are stored in the C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>
folder. You need to grant the user the write permission for the folder and all the
subfolders and files.

| I have user accounts on a terminal server with restricted
| access to the local C: drive. As of right now, they cannot
| save any type of user ID or password that a WEB site would
| need. It prompts them for the info every time they open
| the hyperlink. What do I grant access to in order for the
| WEB page data to save on the system?
