Assuming you are in a W2K domain,
open Active Directory Users and Computers
right click on the domain object and select properties
click on the Group Policy tab
Highlight the policy and click the properties button
Select the Security Tab
Eith highlight the administrators or add them in
Put a tick in the deny box next to apply group policy
This will allow administrators to actually have admin rights on all machines
they logon to.
