The MMC Snap-in use an "REFERENCES OF" query against
WinMgmt in order to display the services dependencies.
If the service is disabled, or if the WinMgmt service is not working for
other reasons,
the MMC Snap-In will fail to dispaly the dependencies.
Can you try to run
c:\>%windir%\system32\wbem\wbemtest
connect to the root\cimv2 namespace,
and enumerate the instances of Win32_Process, just to see what is working
and what not ?
If you have a problem, can you follow-up on on the newsgroup for WinMgmt ?
