administrator password?

I changed my computer security settings so that only the
administrator would be able to work the computer. I
thought I knew the password to the administrator but I
obviously don't. I'm not sure if the password is a built
in thing on the computer. So I was hoping someone knew
what that password is, or if there's a way to get around
the administrator.
